Faisal's Training Week: 9.10.2023 - 14.10.2023

No one wanted to hear this on the pod (and they probably don't want to read it,) but yeah you're going to have to deal with it. It's gonna go here now, in small, short recaps. Here is Faze's program for this week.
Monday
I worked on my chest, triceps and shoulders. I usually do 2 exercises of shoulders and triceps but 3 of chest, pushing myself till failure, aiming for 8-12 reps.
Tuesday
I focussed on back and biceps, doing 3 exercises for both muscles and also hittin the rear delt at the end, again each exercise till failure, aiming for 8-10 reps with 3 sets.
Wednesday
Worked on my legs and core. I don’t really do many exercises on leg day, but I’ll do squats, leg extensions and leg curls, doing the typical 3 sets till failure. Then I moved onto my core, doing 3-4 quick core exercises which change weekly.
Thursday
Usually I’d take a rest on Thursday, but if the weathers nice I might go for a jog or bike ride.
Friday
Worked on my chest and back, doing 3 exercises for each muscle group, doing 3 sets each till failure.
Saturday
I worked my shoulders, triceps and biceps, doing 2 exercises per muscle group, with an additional exercise focusing on my rear delt.
