Faisal's Food Reviews: TGI Fridays

The American themed franchise, TGI Friday’s, based in Chadstone is a casual wide variety of food and drinks with sports entertainment on their TVs. Being located in Chadstone Shopping Centre, it may be a convenient spot for a meal eat after shopping (if your wallet can handle it).

Unfortunately, my experience was not very positive. The floors were sticky, the staff was unaccommodating, and the food and drinks were overpriced. I’m talking almost $40 for a half rack of ribs.

I ordered the $25.90 “FRIDAYS signature Whiskey Glaze Stack Burger” (bit of a tacky name), which was also disappointing. The patty was very greasy and overcooked, and the bun was dry and tasteless. The fries were also cold.

To drink, I ordered a $11 vanilla milkshake, which was the only part of my meal that I enjoyed. I will say the consistency was good and tasted very nice, however, it was very overpriced for what you get and I would not order it again.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at TGI Fridays Chadstone. The food was overpriced and underwhelming, and the service was poor. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Here is a more detailed breakdown of my rating:

- Food: 5/10

- Service: 3/10

- Atmosphere: 3/10

- Value: 2/10

- Overall: 3.25/10

I would not recommend TGI Fridays Chadstone to anyone. There are so many other restaurants in the the shopping centre where you can get a better meal for a better price.
